Omnia Sauna offers this website, including all information, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or booking or purchasing services from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, customers, and/or contributors of content.

Our booking and e-commerce services are hosted on third-party platforms. They provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our services and gift vouchers to you.

ONLINE BOOKING TERMS

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or, if under 18, have obtained parental or guardian consent to use our Services.

You may not use our Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

You must not transmit any worms, viruses, or any code of a destructive nature.

A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in immediate termination of your access to the Service.

Cancellations

We understand that plans can change.

Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

Cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the session fee or deducted from your package.

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours before your session at no additional cost.

Rescheduling requests within 12 hours of the appointment may be treated as a late cancellation.

No-Show Policy

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in 100% of the session being forfeited.

For bundle holders, one session will be deducted from your bundle.

Late Arrivals

Arriving late may result in a shortened session to avoid impacting other bookings.

Full session fees still apply for late arrivals.

Bundles

Infrared sauna bundles are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless stated otherwise.

Sessions must be used within the validity period specified at purchase.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are valid for the period stated on the card and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Gift cards may be used toward infrared sauna sessions or bundles.

Lost or expired gift cards cannot be replaced or extended.

Cancellation and no-show policies apply to bookings made using gift cards.

Health & Safety

Please inform us of any medical conditions prior to your session. If you are unsure whether infrared sauna therapy is suitable for you, consult your healthcare professional.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

You understand that your content (not including payment information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks, and changes to conform to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Payment information is always encrypted during transfer.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Service or website without express written permission from us.

The headings in this agreement are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS AND TIMELINESS OF INFORMATION
